Enterprise Teamspaces

Enterprise Teamspaces

An Enterprise can contain multiple teamspaces for different departments, regions, or authoring groups. The Enterprise Management Dashboard gives Enterprise Admins a consolidated view of those teamspaces, people, seats, and SSO configuration.

This feature is available on the Enterprise plan.

Opening Enterprise Management

Open the workspace switcher from the dashboard and select the management option for your Enterprise. The Enterprise page shows the Enterprise name, Customer Success contact, seat usage, teamspace count, and the Teamspaces and People tabs.

Enterprise Admins can rename the Enterprise from its title. They can also select Manage SSO to configure the Enterprise connection.

Creating a Teamspace

  1. Open the Teamspaces tab.

  2. Select Create Teamspace.

  3. Enter a name and confirm.

The Enterprise Admin who creates the teamspace is added to it as an Admin. Teamspaces cannot currently be deleted from this dashboard; contact Support if one must be removed.

Managing a Teamspace

Expand a teamspace in the Teamspaces tab to see its members and pending invitations. Enterprise Admins can invite someone directly from this expanded view and assign one of three roles:

  • Admin manages the teamspace, its members, and its settings.

  • Author creates and edits content.

  • Viewer reviews and views content without using an author seat.

Use View teamspace dashboard to enter that teamspace’s normal dashboard and manage its content and settings.

Pending invitations appear alongside members. Enterprise Admins can resend an invitation, change a member’s teamspace role, or remove them from that teamspace.

Managing people across the Enterprise

The People tab combines active people and pending invitations from every teamspace. Each active person shows their teamspaces and role in each one.

Enterprise Admins can:

  • Invite a person to a selected teamspace

  • Make a person an Enterprise Admin

  • Remove a person’s Enterprise Admin access

  • Make a person a Viewer in all teamspaces

  • Remove a person from the Enterprise

  • Resend a pending invitation

  • Export the Enterprise member list as CSV

You cannot change your own Enterprise access from the person menu.

Seats

Viewer-only members do not use Enterprise author seats. Authors, teamspace Admins, Enterprise Admins, and pending invitations for seat-using roles contribute to the displayed seat usage.

The seat card shows used seats against the Enterprise limit, or Unlimited when no fixed limit is configured.

Single sign-on

Select Manage SSO to configure or update Enterprise SSO. See Single Sign-On for provider and setup details.
